Meg Cowden
Meg McAndrews Cowden is a nationally recognized gardening speaker, author, and the creator of Seed to Fork, a platform dedicated to sustainable gardening practices. With a formal background in natural resource management, Meg brings over 25 years of hands-on gardening experience to her work. She is the author of Plant Grow Harvest Repeat (Timber Press, 2022), which highlights her passion for succession planting and offers practical guidance for gardeners of all levels.
